This year's theme for Tables of 8 is "Lunch & Balance: The Mental Load." This series of intimate lunches is designed for women navigating the constant juggle of career, family, personal goals, and self-care. It's a supportive and safe space to share honestly about the invisible mental load we carry.

  • Discussion Topic: How do you manage the invisible mental load in your personal and professional life, and what support do you wish you had?
