The ASPIRE Young Professionals Professional Development Workshop with Guest Lauren Woodfin of Chesapeake Bank.

Join us for our upcoming Professional Development Workshop with guest speaker Lauren Woodfin as she discusses helpful insights to help you better balance your career growth and mental health. This Professional Development Workshop will be held on Wednesday May 6th from 12PM to 2 PM at the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce!

Balancing career growth while still managing your mental health is an essential skill for all young professionals. Prioritizing mental health helps us better equip ourselves to navigate challenges as they arise, while helping to avoid burnout.

About The Speaker

Lauren Woodfin serves as the Business Relationship Officer at Chesapeake Bank. Since joining the bank in 2018, Lauren found her passion delivering personalized, strategic solutions that support the growth and sustainability of businesses of all industries and sizes.

She is passionate about building long-term relationships, fostering meaningful connections, and serving as a trusted partner and advocate for Williamsburg’s business community. Through her work and volunteer efforts, Lauren continues to champion the values of service, partnership, and progress. Lauren stays actively involved outside the bank, serving on the Board of Directors for the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association, Williamsburg Downtown and the current Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee with the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce.

She is a proud graduate of the LEAD Greater Williamsburg Class of 2025, a program that deepened her commitment and understanding of civic engagement and community impact. When not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find her with a Diet Coke in hand, on the golf course, reading, attending concerts with her husband, thrifting, and spending time with her two chihuahuas.
