The ASPIRE Young Professionals Professional Development Workshop with Guest Speaker Elisa Campana of Visit Williamsburg.

Join us for our upcoming Professional Development Workshop with guest speaker Elisa Hernandez Campana as she discusses the ins and outs of Networking. This Professional Development Workshop will be held on Thursday, September 11th at 12 PM at the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce!

Networking is a cornerstone of career success, unlocking doors to new opportunities, valuable insights, and a supportive professional community. Yet, many young professionals feel lost and uncertain about how to build these crucial connections, leading to missed chances for mentorship and career advancement. This workshop is designed to turn that uncertainty into confidence, equipping you with the practical skills needed to network effectively and authentically.

About The Speaker

Elisa Campana, the Destination Development Director at Visit Williamsburg, is an active leader in the business community who has developed a leadership style rooted in authenticity and enthusiasm. She believes in leading by example and approaching every opportunity with energy and purpose.

Over the years, she has built a career centered on fostering meaningful connections, strengthening community bonds, and creating spaces where collaboration thrives. Whether leading large-scale networking events or mentoring emerging professionals, Elisa focuses on building trust and respect in every relationship.

A proud lifelong resident of Williamsburg, Elisa has devoted her career to advancing the Greater Williamsburg community. Formerly the Marketing & Events Director at Local Daily Media, she built strong relationships with local business owners and led flagship networking programs like Strictly Business, which brought together nearly 1,700 professionals in 2024.

Now in her role at Visit Williamsburg, she continues to leverage her deep community ties and passion for growth to strengthen the region. Her involvement with the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce includes serving on numerous committees and mentoring through ASPIRE, further expanding her impact and connections within the community.
