DESCRIPTION:The James City Lions Club invites you to its third annual Spring Festival fundraiser at Ford's Colony Country Club Pavilion. Meet local Lions Club members and support their many service projects benefiting the Greater Williamsburg community. Challenge your friends and neighbors at a putting contest or cornhole tournament. Enjoy a buffet dinner while browsing the live and silent auction items and participating in the raffle. The community benefits from the Club's many service projects including vision and hearing screenings in schools\, eyeglass collection and recycling\, diabetes awareness\, pediatric cancer family support\, hunger relief supporting Meals on Wheels\, environment including road cleanup\, sneaker and soft plastic recycling\, and youth programs including college scholarships. Every summer the Club delivers free lunches to food insecure school children five days a week. Individual tickets are $65 and include hors d'oeuvres\, buffet dinner\, and complimentary game and drink tickets. Join your friends and neighbors in a variety of activities that include indoor and outdoor games\, a raffle\, and live and silent auctions.
