Common Grounds Networking Event

The Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce is excited to continue Common Grounds, a new, FREE FOR MEMBERS networking series designed to foster deeper connections and propel business growth within our vibrant community.

Join us for our next session, where you'll have the chance to network with fellow members, enjoy a dedicated spotlight on our host, and deliver a 60-second pitch about your business. It's the perfect way to make new connections and strengthen existing ones.

Cost: Free for GWCC members.

What to Expect

Start your morning right with a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. We'll have coffee and light breakfast snacks ready for you upon arrival.

The 75-minute event will follow a structured yet informal format:

Arrival & Refreshments: Grab a cup of coffee and a snack while you mingle and check out the lanes.

Host Spotlight: Our host, Brookdale Chambrel, will get a brief spotlight to introduce their business, share their mission, and give you a glimpse into their exciting facility.

Round-the-Room Pitches: This is your chance to shine! You'll have 60 seconds to introduce yourself and your business to a room of fellow members.

Informal Networking: Following the pitches, continue the conversation and build on the connections you've made in a casual, fun setting.

Registration

This event is free for GWCC members, but space is limited and registration is required to secure your spot. Tickets are $15 for Prospective Members.

Interested in showcasing your business? "Common Grounds" is the perfect way to get a dedicated 5-10 minute spotlight, generate new leads, and enhance your brand visibility in an intimate setting of 20-30 fellow members. Host spots for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are limited.
