Meet adoptable pets, learn about local rescues, and treat your pup to gourmet goodies. Kids can trick-or-treat early with participating vendors and rescue organizations. Shop seasonal produce, baked goods, and handmade crafts, all while making a difference for our four-legged friends. It’s a howlin’ good time for a great cause! In case of inclement weather, the market will move to the lower level of the Water Street Parking Terrace. The free, ADA-accessible Yorktown Trolley will be in operation beginning at 11 a.m. during this event.
