About
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work predominantly with children, adolescents, and those transitioning into early adulthood. I offer support for many symptoms and diagnosis, but much of my work focuses on ADHD, mood regulation, anxiety, depression parent support. I offer both in session and virtual sessions depending on your specific needs and goals.
My work focuses predominantly on children, adolescents, and those transitioning into adulthood. I am passionate about understanding each clients' unique goals and aiding you in working to improve overall wellbeing. I frequently work from a strength-based approach to enhance abilities and recourses already possessed; while working with you to identify areas where there is need to increase skills, recourses, or coping. I also incorporate psychoeducation to help you understand your symptoms and strategies that work for you.
We may be a good match if you or your child are currently navigating behavioral/emotional regulation challenges, self-harm, new transitions, changing family dynamics, ADHD, anxiety, or depression. For my younger clients, I also offer parent support sessions and family support as part of treatment as appropriate.
If you or your child is unsure about therapy, that's ok! Reach out to explore what it can look like. Finding the right fit can be hard. This is why I am open to any questions you have and supporting you in being comfortable and confident with your therapy journey. Sessions offered virtual and in office.
