NAMI Williamsburg is a support, education and advocacy organization for and by individuals with serious mental illnesses, their families and friends.

Weekly Support Group Meetings - Every Tuesday at 7PM. 

“NAMI Connection” is a FREE, weekly, 90-minute recovery support group for individuals living with mental illnesses. Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer mutual encouragement and understanding.“Family Support Group” is a FREE, weekly, 90-minute meeting for family and friends of individuals who have mental illnesses. Participants can speak openly about their challenges and help one another through their sharing of learned wisdom.
