This milestone event invites cyclists to journey from Richmond to Williamsburg, Virginia or around Williamsburg — the birthplace of our nation and home to some of America’s most storied landmarks.

Choose your path on the open road or the Virginia Capital Trail, a world-class, fully paved cycling route linking the Commonwealth’s past and present. As you ride, you’ll pass rolling farmland, sweeping river views, historic battlefields and centuries of history — from colonial crossroads to Civil War battlefields — all while moving us closer to a world free of MS.

For 10 incredible years, Bike MS: Colonial Crossroads has united riders, volunteers, and communities in one powerful mission: to change lives and end multiple sclerosis forever.
