This year's theme for Tables of 8 is "Lunch & Balance: Women Seeking Work-Life Harmony." This series of intimate lunches is designed for women navigating the constant juggle of career, family, personal goals, and self-care. It's a supportive and safe space to share honestly about the invisible mental load we carry.

This month, we'll dive into these topics:

• Ice Breaker: What’s something you don’t feel guilty about anymore?
• Discussion Topic: What role does guilt play in how you make decisions, and how do you navigate expectations from others (and yourself)?
