Job Opportunity: Production/Field Manager 

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Reports To: Owner 

Status & Salary: Exempt, Salaried; $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on skills and experience) + Bonuses

We are seeking a dynamic Production/Field Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily field operations, lead a team of technicians, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and develop staff through training, performance management, and leadership. 
• Manage daily field operations, including vehicle and warehouse readiness, inventory control, and scheduling. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand lighting designs and support installation processes. 
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters accountability, professionalism, and team growth. 
• Propose and implement policies to maximize profitability and efficiency. 
• Evaluate new technologies and establish technical specifications. 
• Control installation expenses to meet financial objectives. 
• Schedule quality checks, and perform service adjustments as needed. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience managing a team in a field environment. 
• Basic electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus. 
• Ability to work safely and comfortably at heights and outdoors. 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders. 
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer.
