Brookdale Chambrel Williamsburg is offering 2 Virtual presentations of 'Polypharmacy, Igniting Effective Communication and Team Spirit Among Healthcare Teams', with presenter Arif Nazir, MD, CMD; CMO Abode Care Partners. This course offers 1.0 CE credit to nurses, care coordinators, and social workers, but anyone can participate if interested in the content and earn a Certificate of Completion. In this discussion, using the example of harmful polypharmacy, the presenter will highlight the importance of various elements of teamwork and how they could be employed to minimize harmful polypharmacy and improve patient outcomes for older adults and staff engagement.
