NAMI Williamsburg is excited to offer an in-person Family-to-Family Course starting Thursday, January 8, 2026! This FREE 8-week class is designed to support family members and friends of those living with a mental health condition. You will: Gain a deeper understanding of mental health conditions, Learn practical strategies for supporting your loved one, Connect with others who truly understand your experience, and Develop skills to care for yourself while caring for others. This course is taught by trained facilitators who have been where you are. Each session offers valuable insights and resources to help you and your family confidently navigate challenges.
