About

The mission of the YJCW NAACP is to secure the political, educational, social and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons. We advance this mission through advocacy, education and direct action. We work to address racial injustice and promote civil rights for all citizens. Our work is not done behind a desk. It is done through the tireless efforts of our committees. 

The YJCW NAACP began in 1942.
