Jamestown 4-H Educational Center is seeking a dependable and experienced professional to support the daily operations of the dining services program and help provide a high-quality dining experience for campers and guests. The Assistant Dining Services Director assists with the preparation and service of meals, as well as helps maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized dining environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent food service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily dining and kitchen operations

Assist with food preparation and meal service

Help ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment

Support inventory management and kitchen organization as needed
