Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing procedures, center cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
- Sales & Growth: Drive center performance—meet sales goals, optimize budgets, and implement promotions and events that resonate locally.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Champion continuous learning and celebrate wins—big and small.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering flawless wax services, personalized recommendations, and retail expertise.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address challenges—staffing gaps, supply issues, or guest concerns—with creativity and a positive attitude.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold our brand pillars—Expertise, Confidence, Inclusiveness—in every decision, interaction, and communication.
What You Bring
- Leadership Track Record: Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or wellness.
- Sales Savvy: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue goals and drive repeat business.
- People Person: Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a knack for building strong team culture.
- Hands-On Attitude: Willing to roll up your sleeves—whether that’s covering a shift, handling inventory, or training a new hire.
- Adaptable & Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies as needed.
- Flexible Schedule: Available nights and weekends to meet the needs of our guests and your team.
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred, but your leadership and results speak loudest.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $55,000/year
- Bonus Incentive Program: Bi-weekly, monthly, and annual performance bonuses plus commission on your personal sales
