Spend your summer on the James River helping children grow through adventure! As Program Staff, you’ll serve as a camp counselor and teach activities like boating, aquatics, archery, nature, arts, or athletics while leading camp programs, supporting teen counselors, and creating unforgettable experiences. Leadership roles are also available within Program Staff, including Aquatics Coordinator and Creative Arts Coordinator. Staff have the opportunity to receive training in specialties such as American Red Cross Lifeguard, Waterfront Lifeguard, USA Canoeing and Kayaking Instructor, and 4-H Level 1 or Rifle Instructor certifications. It’s fast-paced, rewarding work that builds real leadership and teamwork skills.
