Sponsored by the Greater Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, the Community Leadership Service (CLS) program offers participants a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective of the Greater Williamsburg area leadership, civic needs, governing bodies, and key organizations, all within one cohesive experience unmatched by any other program.

With the Class of 2026, we’re celebrating our 20th year, honoring a strong tradition shaped by our 147 alumni, many of whom remain actively engaged in enriching the greater Williamsburg community. Over the past six months, we reached out to more than 70 potential candidates nominated by CLS alumni, the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, and through our marketing outreach.

The 2026 participants come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, representing a true cross-section of our community.
