Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (OTMDC) is excited to announce its Second Annual Stride for Wellness 5K, 10K & Fun Run, is taking place Saturday, November 7, 2026, along scenic Carter’s Grove Country Road. Runner check-in begins at 7:45 and the starting point is located at 101 Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. 

The event will bring together runners, families, businesses, and community supporters for a morning of fitness, fun, and fundraising in support of accessible healthcare throughout the greater Williamsburg community. 

The 10K is a USATF-certified course and will be featured as both a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event and a Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix race. Start time is 9:00 am, following the Healthy Hike Fun Run which begins at 8:30. The 5K run/walk begins at 9:15. Runners of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate. 

Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center is dedicated to assuring access to quality health and wellness care for the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community. Through its comprehensive medical, dental, and wellness services, OTMDC serves individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or face financial barriers to healthcare. 

Proceeds and sponsorships from Stride for Wellness directly support OTMDC’s mission, helping provide essential healthcare services to community members who might otherwise go without care. 

“Stride for Wellness is more than just a race. Every participant, sponsor, and supporter helps us continue providing quality care to those in our community who need it most,” said Aaron Thompson, Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center CEO & Executive Director. “Some of our patients want to participate, and their registration fees can be covered by individual supporters and business donations,” he continued.
